Which translation patch were you most eagerly awaiting?

For the longest time (since, like, 2018 lmao) I've been eagerly waiting for the Fate/Extra CCC patch. Somewhere in between, I kind of lost hope because of zero updates and went on with my life. The several years later, when I found out it was actually NOT abandoned, I went absolutely ballistic. So I patiently waited again, and man oh man, it was worth the wait. Will definitely play it after I finish Fate/Extra someday.

I also would like to mention Sol Trigger. It's almost complete, actually, but the last 10% is still untranslated, and the last update was 3 years ago. Hopefully it becomes fully translated. ^ ^

A few honorable mentions:

Tales of Rebirth (PS2)
Persona 2: Eternal Punishment (PSP)
Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica Portable (PSP) (Still being translated)
The first three Diabolik Lovers games on PS Vita (The third one's almost done) (Also don't judge me O < O)
Luminous Arc 3 (NDS)
And lots of PC visual novels that would make the list too long

Hmmm I think Planet Laika was my most anticipated, along with Moon (although the official release came out not to long after the translation) Linda Cube Again and G.O.D were really cool surprises for me too while checking in on rom sites.

Unless I'm reading your post incorrectly, but you're in for a treat as Princess Crown and Racing Lagoon already have translations...
All the titles he mentioned have already been translated. In fact, in the opening post I was asking about both those already translated and those that one is still waiting for.

These are the games that I hope will have fan translations, some of these games are having their fan translations in progress.

Appreciate the clarification!

Should add that in addition to wishing for an SGGG translation, I've decided to translate and re-draw all the textures in the game so that hopefully, the only barrier to translation will be the game text itself. Feel free to check out the progress here.

Wow that's great, thanks dude 👍

I'm not sure I have any i'm waiting on at the moment, but back in the day I longed for the day Shin Megami Tensei If and the PSP port of Persona 2 Eternal Punishment were translated... and now they both are! I'm sure something untranslated will capture my attention again at some point.
