I believe it was for PC, DOS or perhaps SNES (though unlikely)
I played it around 1997 - 2002
It's a side-scroller, where at least some of the enemies are purple teddy bears, that have a fixed aggressive expression and move back and forth across the screen. Teddy bears may be the theme of the game, as I believe the player character was also a Teddy Bear, and I believe you can pick up a limited use projectile weapon.
The game had quite a zoomed in camera. In a Mario game, the action is usually zoomed out so that you can see 4 "layers" of vertical platforms. In this game you could see no more than 2, maybe 3 "layers"/floors on screen at once.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :)
Could also be something from the Rabbids series, or Sam & Max (though they're mostly point n click style games)

This is as close as any game has ever looked to what I can recall. I just watched some gameplay and the lower HUD and camera positions are all feeling familiar. I can only remember seeing the bear sprites being side-on, and a darker purple, meaner expression, with a darker background. BUT Cyril Cyberpunk looks totally like my jam, so I'm gonna explore this game a bit more and see if it triggers any more memories for me.
In this game, the player controls a boy who takes care of his sick grandfather, collects fruits and mushrooms in the forest, and prepares food and medicine for him. The game has a fixed camera and several locations, such as “grandpa's house”, “grandpa's yard”, and “forest”. If you make the wrong soup, your grandfather may die.
Also, chat gpt said it was Grandpa's Farm from 2008, but I can't find this game or the manufacturer.
I really want to play it again and remember those times!
Please help me out!
Ok I doubt i'll get the answers but I guess I'll try. I remember these two pc games my Aunt and mom played.
One was a Myst clone and I recall a part where there was a severed head who I think you attached to a device so he could talk. I think there was a morgue and an insane asylum in the game?
The other I have even vaguer memories of. I think it was about talking inanimate objects and there were mini games you had to do.
Yeah sorry these are vague, I didnt play them I watched them be played as a young kid. These are 90s games tbc.
It’s a bird game for some computer system. The game was just a giant, white bird in a room with blue boarders. You couldn’t move the bird. You couldn’t really do anything. I read that, when people hacked the game to move the bird, the game just crashed when the bird reached the side of the screen. It was described as the “worst game ever made”. I heard of it in, embarrassingly enough, an early 2010’s book of Guinness World Records “Gamer Edition”.

Oh crap I know what this is. I forgot the name though! I think it was made by some kid who was like exploited by some company which was an unfortunately common thing at the time.

At this point. I've pretty much gave up, but I'll try. Memories of that game are very vague but here's what I remember.
Low polly graphics like characters from FF7. Black sky. Scenery is grayish chrome buildings. It's action/platformer/slasher. And the thing I remember the best is that character dual wields swords and in that demo you can find some other sword that you can equip. I found this game on a disc from a gaming magazine somewhere back in 2004.

This was literally the game. I’ve been searching for this for years. I’ll research this in greater detail when I have the time, because it seems FASCINATING.

Its a PC game around 2005-2010 I believe, its the same era as Bejeweled and Heavy Weapon Deluxe where Popcap games are everywhere. Speaking of Bejeweled, the game has the same genre, match 3 game. The setting of the game is outer space I believe with different spaceship and character accompanying them. Also I believe the game have like different space level with different characters on it too.
I've been trying to look for this one for ages but with no success
