just did some checking. no golden compass demo but there is an altered beast demo for the ps2.
well, at least the demo disc thing sort of narrows it down. he might be mixing it up with a video on one of the discs. not likely, but possible. but i have found anything on how many games have demos for the ps2 yet.

dang it clippy. you just made it even worse. i just did some checking and was reminded that some games have demos for other games, some ps2 games do that just like the ps1. that makes the pool of possible games larger.

Cu-Neo told me about a trick to view wikis without the ads and stuff slowing down my computer. been using it ever since.
You won't feel any slowdown with an actually good adblocker to be honest (read: the real uBlock).
i don't mind ads; i know people and companies need to make money to survive; but it's mainly just wikis that have the slowdown. and the trick only takes a moment to enter.
This really isn't much to go on. The only games I can think of that involve chickens would be Chicken Invaders and Crazy Chicken/Moorhuhn series.
was it Dig Dug maybe? it has so many ports in many plataforms.
