What people always forget about fan hack & translation scene is that they're inherently a charity work. An activity that they spent energy, time and even money (most decent AI tools actually require subscriptions) to work with and they release it freely to the public.
You don't actually have much right to complain about the things you can get for free easily, especially when those are already borderline piracy in nature due to them modifying the games without the permission of actual game developers and publishers.
The fan hackers/translators don't owe anything to you because they're doing charity work for their own enjoyment no matter the quality. So either you suck up and enjoy the products they shared, or you ignore them and search for something else instead.
