The Witcher Series, they never clicked on me, and honestly like The Last of Us it makes me sleep more than anything.
You and me are beefing now. We cannot see eye to eye in anything over this. We're enemies.Lufia 2. Everyone is always singing its praises but I just hate puzzles so much it hurts :P
IKR?Earthbound, I just hate It. Most people are just blinded by the nostalgia, and of course parrot those feelings. Within two to three hours It's just been the oppisite of fun, because who doesn't love grinding and feeling lost on what to do to progress?
What kind of sicko has enemies that steal Items as the first encounters when you have no access to a store yet?
Well I'd figured he'd been oversaturated, especially in the lifestream and have to dry out for a bit.FF7's the victim of many translation errors, but this isn't one of them. It's actually 'addiction' in Crisis Core that's the mistranslation. 中毒 is the word, and it can mean both addiction and poisoning. Overdose would also make sense. Even without going to confirmation from outside sources, we can know it's not addiction because... addiction is never what's portrayed in the game. Cloud is never fiending for mako or showing a desire to get mako into his body. At his worst, he's almost insensate.
The matter gets more muddled when Dirge of Cerberus introduces the DG soldiers or whatever who actually are distinctly addicted to mako, lol. So mako seems to definitely be a thing you can get addicted to, but Cloud only ever regards it passively.
Have read more about FF7 than any human should but have never heard this claim about his name before.
neways I PLAYED witcher 3 recently. I played with a mod that made a noble effort to make the gameplay better. And it worked for a little bit...
I think... the open world really did the game's story a disservice. There are some nice setpieces and some interesting bits of scenario writing, but it is just bogged down in so, so much pointless crap. So much that they couldn't even conclude all the threads that were set up in the previous games.
well it's a pretty iconic series.
All of the popular games? Or All games? All of them.
I only just learned the other day that game had an actual story... in Japan!Perhaps Dynamite Headdy...I was never comfortable with the character control which I also disliked a bit, however the graphical style of this game is unique. The really high difficulty of the European version did the rest....

i do also hold the opinion that ffix is the weakest of the main final fantasy games on the original playstation, but given the quality of those games, that is really not a damning thing
Well contrary to popular opinion and content creators, Bloodborne is almost a different game. The loop is just not as slow as DS. After I played BB I could never finish DS3, played elden ring and thats a bit better.I couldn't get into dark souls despite my absolute love for Bloodborne
i still need to try out elden ring but i need a better pc firstWell contrary to popular opinion and content creators, Bloodborne is almost a different game. The loop is just not as slow as DS. After I played BB I could never finish DS3, played elden ring and thats a bit better.
Do Sekiro.I couldn't get into dark souls despite my absolute love for Bloodborne
oh i didnt get far in that yet but i fucking LOVE the aesthetic for sekiroDo Sekiro.
Sekiro is another one, despite what content creators say, it is NOT a souls like. It's the spiritual successor of Tenchu.oh i didnt get far in that yet but i fucking LOVE the aesthetic for sekiro
I remember watching my brother play it since I was a literal toddler and have probably played OOT atleast 6 times throghout my life + multilple romhacks of it, it's kinda crazy to think that maybe if I'd had played it for the first time at 14 and not 5 I wouldn't like it now just like youI had a very poor experience with Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Played the 3DS version. I just… didn’t care for it. I got about as far as the Forest Temple (the first adult Link temple) before admitting to myself that I hadn’t had fun the entire game and was trying too hard to enjoy myself.
I played it perhaps a bit too late in my life. I was 14, so part of the magic that other people felt was probably not as much there.
