Myself. i agree with the "Not new games"
and let's be honest. no new game in the last 10 years has been worth Yohoing anyhow.
If the money is going to the People who made it. yes absolutely buy it.
If the money is going to Joe Schmoe, who hiked the price up due to "Nostalgia" Fuck'em and Pirate.
If a game has been out of circulation for Years, like say "Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines" The yes absolutely. <before Steam started selling it>
Old arcade games? Yes, when was the last time you Saw <and yes i know a few people see them still> but for the most part, a Arcade cabinet. and i don't mean a like Street Fighter 6 Arcade <i don't know if that's a thing, but it's the point>
I mean like 80's/90s arcade.
Point being, yes Piracy has its place. it has saved a few things from being lost forever.
No don't go YOHO GTA6 on day 1. hell don't even YOHO if its still being sold and is 5 years old.
but from the 90's back? yeah it really isn't hurting anyone. They made their money, so it won't impact them. I Know the I.P. Lawyers would disagree, but Screw them To.
