seriously though-
I'm just not a fan of Gundam at all. Robot-y, mechanic-y, y-y stuff like that has never interested me too much. So it was only natural the game about it didn't get me either. Perhaps I'll try it again sometime. Just to make sure I do/don't like it.

That's the same reason I haven't played Front Mission.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2, playing it with my sister. I think that was the only game we had on Sega Genesis that only my sister may know where that console is now.
I also remember the rest of my family playing darts, as my sister and I played Sonic 2.

Super Mario World or Sonic 2, we got these games at the same time(one at home, one at my grandma's who was right across the street) so I'm not sure which I played first. There were a handful of Atari and arcade games I played before but I don't remember enough to say what games they were.

Friday 13 because I vividly remember getting the shit scared out of me and running to my parents in the living room I never played it again. I think I played super mario, rad racer or excitebike a little before this game (had those at same time), but I am pretty sure Friday 13 is my first gaming memory How sad is that?

Damn this thread... Now I'm playing it again to prove something I guess: it would be cathartic to beat the first game I can remember. While the game doesn't scare me anymore, it pisses me off, jason is kicking my ass

It was either Roland on the ropes, Roland in the caves or Jet Set Willy. I loved the Moonlight Sonata of Jet Set Willy, Haunting. Early 90's Amstrad,Commodore,Spectrum era. Someone should have tried to recreate Lord's of Midnight game from that era in the last couple of decades. Missed opportunity.

It's probably not the first game I played but the first game I can remember playing was either Yoshi's Island (SNES) or the Duck Hunt/SMB combo cart for NES.

Probably not the actual first games I ever played but the earliest games I can remember playing were Rival Schools on the PS1 and Splatterhouse 3 on the Genesis. Which probably weren't the best games for a 3 year old to be playing.

Sonic Adventure for Dreamcast is the first game I remember having a concrete memory of playing (also one of my earliest memories altogether). Alongside playing two player on Sonic 2, columns and Streets of Rage 2 on Genesis with my mom.

I've always wanted to play Sonic Adventure!
Sonic 2 co-op was the best growing up. Being able to fly more than makes up Tails' slower speed

Tales can't fly in the original Sonic 2 on the Mega Drive. He could from Sonic 3 onwards...

Edit: No hang on, I looked it up, and Tails CAN fly in 2 player mode in Sonic 2. You can even carry Sonic like in 3 when you have to beat annoying mid-air Robotnik boss battle.

Yeah I was gonna say he can in the re-releases but not in the original Mega Drive games.
