7 had the best sprites out of the classic series IMO.
That portrait looks incredibly ugly. Ewww.I dunno where's the frustration.
I feel that if we could get a hand drawn MM game on the same level as Lizardcube's Wonder Boy III Remake or Streets of Rage 4 it would look nice (pic from a guide used as an example)

Powered up looks cute but honestly I see it more as a reinterpretation of the original game than a real remake.
I’m confused on your confusion. Not really sure what this is referring to. I don’t think you’re replying to the right person. I haven’t read up everything posted here, i just check most recent posts.dunno where's the frustration.
Thanks!.... it's punishing but great.Takkoman Kouzatsu World

Reminds me a lot of Surugi and Sora by orange_juice
Lots to work with yes! I love the multi kick diagonal down hit move that you can do from mid air. Really like the animation for itI thought it kinda gave the player a lot to work with, having charge shots and double multi-directional air-dash to start.
It can be punishing if you don't learn the enemy patterns quickly, I guess..
That first level theme was what got me hooked though.![]()
7 deserves more appreciation for what it had to offer, such as the many ways you can interact with the stages using various weapons. Collecting plates gave a nice reward, and the other stuff was just gimmicky and fun, good classic Megaman-style gameplay.7 had the best sprites out of the classic series IMO.
2 gets little praise for what it's worth, it's my favorite in the Zero series because of the various forms to interact with and the gameplay felt smoother than the first game.mega man zero 2 is my favorite one ive played so far

can’t wait for the higher ups meeting to leak and it’s just them saying “no one cares about Megaman LUL”I can't wait for Mega Man Timelines to go on an indefinite hiatus, just like Udon's translation of Mega Man Megamission manga.

Udon is a delicious meal.
Maybe he just wanted to take part in the conversation at all instead of the entire thread basically being your and Yousef's special hangout time
But idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Fair point. If that's the case, he should've contributed something more substantial than an off-topic remark.
This statement alone gives me motivation to give it a second chance.Mega Man ZX Advent is a good game.
I should try the ZXMega Man ZX Advent is a good game.
I should try the ZXSpectrumseries.
I forgot but MM Zero are sequels to MMX?
I like to think of them as more of an alternate-universe side-story.I should try the ZXSpectrumseries.

Zero is a follow up to X and ZX is a follow up to Zero.I should try the ZXSpectrumseries.

Have you tried Megaman Eternal, Megaman Armada, or Megaman 2.5D?I have a few Mega Man fan games I've been sitting on for 5+ years and just got around to playing.
Rock Force, Rock 'N Roll, and Super Fighting Robot.
Started playing Rock 'N Roll first and it's pretty good. It's got some fun special weapons too.
I recommend it.
