Lets go back to the 80's

For being the first game in the Metroid saga it looks good for the time it came out but the saga evolved so much that the first Metroid was somewhat obsolete due to its high difficulty especially that you started with 30 units of energy instead of 99, the lack of a minimap, there were no checkpoints until the elevator and it used passwords although in the FDS version it had a saving system but the good side is that this game established the genre of Metroidvania due to the concept that it is non-linear exploration and also because the sequels were better, especially the Super Metroid, which improved the Metroid formula.

I've been really wanting to get into Kid Icarus since my early 20s now, and still just can't. 😅

I know this has all the nakings of a good game, and yet cannot bring myself to enjoy it

BomWell, I'm much younger than the 80s; I only remember these cartoons thanks to someone who introduced me to these classics from the 80s and 90s. My favorite cartoons are Tom and Jerry and Scooby-Doo.Is it worth it for me to watch the classic Transformers?I like other classic cartoons, and I'll post other opening sequences later.
