It is "Shusse Ouzumou" (if I wrote the right way, my Japanese is very rusty)
It's a Sumo game where - if I remember correctly - you're a sumo wrestler who must face several opponents to become a Yokozuna...
Another game I played in the arcade when I was in Japan, and never seen again anywhere in the West.

I played Marble Madness on both the Arcade, NES and Mega Drive versions.

And it doesn't look bad because it's challenging even though it only has 6 levels.

Hey, mate! Here's another title I remembered... LUCKY WILD.
It was something like a police-themed first person driving/shooter (reminding a bit of Chase H.Q.)
This one's actually arrived in the Western market (I remember playing it with my cousin in the arcade of his town in the early '90s) BUT it has never been ported on consoles.

Honestly, I've played this game by Alex Kidd from Mega Drive but it's more or less there.

Wanted to make this more fun but the 2nd player was being an Ass and would not help me well this is how it turned out normally do mutiplayer games with my son who doesn't let me down
