I need a new radio as my cats have knocked it over one too many times. I did find the screw for the antenna while vacuuming. I might try to fix that so at least the antenna will stay up. I want to get one that you can plug in. Although the battery mileage has been great. A ten pack of AA's lasted me a year. I'm on the last set in the package.

It's so weird how when I listen to the radio they say "Listen on the app or your smart speaker". But I listen on an actual radio.

Having a difficult time with my partner. There's too much contempt, stonewalling, manipulation and blame we hardly or ever have a moment to talk properly. It's consuming every inch of my thought and I'm relying on smoking cigarettes to get through it. Can't work properly, eat properly, play games, or have motivation to work out. Sometimes days are okay and sometimes it's horrible. I go to therapy every Friday but I get bombarded by criticism from her I'm trying to hold on, I'm not perfect but I am pushed into a corner I'm starting to believe I am truly horrible.

Damn man, you're having a really rough day. We're all a horrible person in some way, but that doesn't mean we can't be better. I don't know what your partner is like, but I don't think you should be with someone that treated you badly

We all should be treated with respect and not trying to make the others feel worse. I think you deserve some love and care man, just don't feel bad about anything for now. Let your mind rest and…just take a deep breath and chill you know? Don't put too much pressure on yourself, it's not good for your health (your health matters bro)
