That's a wonderful sister you have!My big sis, currently working far from home, is coming to visit with his hisband this saturday for Chrismas, due to my big bro's work scheudle she decided to visit this week rather than actual Chrismas, but since she gets to visite two days, is a good trade
WHAT!? Were you a career marathon runner or something!?I used to average 10 a day.
Me and my dad seldom went out for a walk but when we did, we often averaged 4km, which isn’t wild I know, but I miss going to those “walking zones” (they don’t exist where you live, they’re tiny asphalt streets (they’re sorta like parks… yed I’m doing parentheses within parentheses) where the sole purpose is to walk on them, maybe Jog, listen to music, sit, etc. if those sound a bit unorthodox, kuwait seldom has proper pedestrian zones (I used seldom twice, I bet I sound very smart… hell yeah a second parentheses within a parentheses… now the parentheses is longer than the message outside of it. I should become a writer /j))WHAT!? Were you a career marathon runner or something!?
That's crazy! 10 in a day? I couldn't even do 5 lolStill hoping to walk a mile by the end of the year. I used to average 10 a day.
Lmao same, I always thought that I would sound cool using words like "indelicate" ooh, and prudent (I don't even know what it means)Me and my dad seldom went out for a walk but when we did, we often averaged 4km, which isn’t wild I know, but I miss going to those “walking zones” (they don’t exist where you live, they’re tiny asphalt streets (they’re sorta like parks… yed I’m doing parentheses within parentheses) where the sole purpose is to walk on them, maybe Jog, listen to music, sit, etc. if those sound a bit unorthodox, kuwait seldom has proper pedestrian zones (I used seldom twice, I bet I sound very smart… hell yeah a second parentheses within a parentheses… now the parentheses is longer than the message outside of it. If I remember correctly, prudent is “acting with or showing care and thought for the future.“That's crazy! 10 in a day? I couldn't even do 5 lol

Ah I see, I heard that it also means "decision making" or thinking before you act or somethingIf I remember correctly, prudent is “acting with or showing care and thought for the future.“
Same, wild how much "if you've got time to lean you've got time to clean" keeps your ass marching around.Still hoping to walk a mile by the end of the year. I used to average 10 a day.
I had a good routine going since I was unemployed. Walking is what we were put on the planet to do anyway by process of elimination, right? Taking a closer look it might have been 5-10 a day. Lately on a good day I make it about 500 feet before the pain becomes too much.WHAT!? Were you a career marathon runner or something!?

For what it's worth, I'm very glad it's not @ATenderLad's reason. That's humbling to read.
There aren't any good stations in my region. It's all either "christian" stations or they blast horrible music. Lots of ads all the time too.FM radio. It’s one of my niche interests. I just like having one around listening to weather forecast, talk shows or 80s music.
I have published several, mostly as one-offs. They got really good feedback, but I wasn't interested on continuing.Have you guys ever tried to write a story or something? I did once, suddenly a surge of motivation took over and i wrote a short story by hand based off a dumb joke i used to tell when i started college. One year ago i tried writing a novel or something but i made the mistake of imagining myself writing on my computer and cringed so hard that i haven't tried again but might do again some day.
Please go ahead and do that. If it's a console game, it should go on a console subforum, however (SEGA talk, Nintendo talk, Sony talk...).Hey so since I'm still new to using a forum I meant to ask what should I do if I want to blog about a specific game, should I make a new post in the General Gaming Discussion about said game or is that considered bad netiquette?
Thank you for the info! The game I'm planning on looking at is actually a steam port/remaster of a old PC game called Severance: Blade Of Darkness! I'll go into more detail when I make the post but I've been wanting to try it since I was a teen but didn't know what it was actually called lol.I have published several, mostly as one-offs. You have to lose the fear of embarrassment if you are gonna write, though. Can you imagine how ridiculous the pitch for things like Harry Potter and Redwall must have sounded to a publisher?

I would love to read it!

Two, both based in the Lore i made for my character in an PbP forum, hard as hell, never againI have published several, mostly as one-offs. They got really good feedback, but I wasn't interested on continuing.
