I drink the water, I was thirsty.
I haven't, but this can actually make water damage with electronics worse. The reason that water damage for electronics is particularly rough is largely because of what the water leaves behind after drying, and sticking it in a bag of rice can get little bits of rice debris in there mixed in with all the minerals and such that might be in the water. At worst though, if I do end up needing a new phone, that's not gonna be the worst thing ever. The one I have right now has had a cracked screen for a while now.
It's so wet here that my shoes were still wet when I had to go to work today

Seriously though, it's raining way too much man.
I appreciate this

The area I live in isn't super prone to flooding unless the ground was recently frozen or there's just tons and tons and tons of rain, so I haven't been too worried yet, and I don't live alone so it's not like I'm without a phone all the time or anything, just not one I can take around with me. Health-wise, outside of maybe needing to lose a good 30-40 pounds and just being stressed from recent events, I'm not doing too bad.
Even for Ohio, a state particularly known for weird weather (one summer we got snow and then the next day it was 80 degrees), this amount of storming and tornadoes are weird. We normally get like, one serious tornado warning in the summer and that's about it, but here recently it went from like perfect sunny summer weather to days of on-again off-again raining with the occasional thunderstorm and brief tornado. No tornadoes closer than like an hour and a half away from me, but still.
Thank you

Like I said above, I'm mostly doing alright, just a bit annoyed and stressed at my phone situation. Hopefully it'll be a moderately painless situation to remedy. Either way they bulk of that is past and I'm home now so I can relax after another ridiculously slow day at work.
