What Mega Man Game series you like the most?

Im just curious because the only mega man games i played and completed are 1,2 and 5, a little of the first legends game and some stages from the first mega man x.


Edit: Im more of a sonic and mario fan thats why i played little of this franchise. (and i forgot to put mighty number 9.)

Legends is the hill I'm willing to die on.

... But it's also the ONLY MM series I like — the rest just don't grab me.

I also like the cartoon.

pretty much just legends for me. .exe looks cool too, but i only played like a quarter of the first game. i didn't really care to much for the side scrollers like classic or x.

Nice poll! I’ve played at least one game from the Classic, X, and Battle Network series. I’ve also played Legends 1 and 2. My absolute favorite is Legends, with Battle Network coming in second.


It’s kind of funny that I enjoy those series more than the side scrolling games that Mega Man is best known for.

My absolute favorite are Megaman Zero, i love how fast the game are, like one stage are literally like 5-10 minute long. And about the fight damn i can dare say i enjoy it better than X, just because i don't really depend on charge attack to actually destroy the bossess, and i don't need to toggle the menu or doing the form change (tbh it's kinda a Hassle),

Second favorite will be Battle network, and the reason was it have a very interesting gameplay compared to the other entries, i love building my folder, i love the stance change, program advance, navi customizer, and i believe the only megaman series that anime i've watched.

ZX was weird to get used to at first.
But the more familiar I became with its gameplay.
The more the fun overrides its flaws. Same goes for the sequel.

It's Mega Man X for me. Although i like original series and Battle Network too. Never played other series, but maybe i try Zero soon.

Classic. Outside of X1, X4, and the modded version of X5, I don't care for much else.

The X series by far. But i also liked Zero and Battle Network. I liked the classic games when I was a kid but I don't really like them as much any more. I haven't played Star Force at all and I only briefly tried the ZX games. Megaman 64 was pretty fun too but I haven't played the second one or the playstation version of the first one.
