What is your favorite cheese?

There's so many possible answers and at least most of them are completely valid choices! But what is your favorite or favorites?

Muenster, feta, swiss, and pretty much any spicy pepper cheese for me.

Gouda can't be beat. I had plenty of the real shit when I was living in the Netherlands, but since I returned to the states it's a high I've been chasing ever since. No gouda I've had here even comes close. I'd guess the US dairy laws have something to do with that. Otherwise, cheddar cheese curds are the best reason to live in the Midwest. Deep fried or not, they are the perfect snack. I could eat feta with a spoon as well. Ultimately, I'm happy with most any cheese. ?

Parmigiano Reggiano (the real one, not the american parmesan copy) , Grana Padano, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella di Bufala, Provolone Piccante, Emmental, Fontal. The first two to grate on the pasta.

I love a lot of cheese but I love colby jack, gouda, gruyere, brie, pepperjack, provolone, feta, mozarella....I realize this list keeps going I just love cheese.

Sharp cheddar is my top cheese to snack on occasionally. I'm not sure what type of cheese that Babybel makes but those are pretty good also.

Gouda, Ghost Pepper, Pepper Jack, and Horseradish Cheese Spread. Straight heat. I got that granny snack combo with the cheese spread, crackers, and ham cubes.

I have never even heard of these. What are they like?

Orval is from the brewery that make the infamous beer, as quite a little aftertaste but it's a very soft cheese.

Chaume is cremy but with a lot of taste, it's always better with bread ( in my opinion )

I've never been fan of cheese outside of the one that melts or the dessert white cheese (especially the italian kind).
