Sharp cheddar is my top cheese to snack on occasionally. I'm not sure what type of cheese that Babybel makes but those are pretty good also.

Gouda, Ghost Pepper, Pepper Jack, and Horseradish Cheese Spread. Straight heat. I got that granny snack combo with the cheese spread, crackers, and ham cubes.

I have never even heard of these. What are they like?

Orval is from the brewery that make the infamous beer, as quite a little aftertaste but it's a very soft cheese.

Chaume is cremy but with a lot of taste, it's always better with bread ( in my opinion )

Any kind of Blue Cheese. Apparently blue cheeses can have the side effect of giving you more vivid dreams. I have experienced this on occasion and it's the best thing this side of B6.
