I usually go to YouTube, see what recommends me, and either click on something or go looking for new audiobooks to obsess over.

nap or meditation helps just for the fact ive chronic conditions ive trained myself to sleep with 1 single youtube video it does work i get an hour nap or if im really needing it the timer runs to 1hr 30mins

It depends. Sometimes it’s games, sometimes it’s anime, sometimes it’s Super Sentai. Rarely is it books. Even more rarely is it art.

Most the time I read or go outside and walk around for a bit. As I do that I think about what I could do afterwards. Reading gets me hyper-focused though so I end up forgetting the world around me.

It depends. If I don't have time to sit around in one place usually it's using Youtube. If I do have the time to boot up the PC or something then using furnacetracker, drawing, making random shit on the PC, and (now) browse the forums XD
