I usually go to YouTube, see what recommends me, and either click on something or go looking for new audiobooks to obsess over.

nap or meditation helps just for the fact ive chronic conditions ive trained myself to sleep with 1 single youtube video it does work i get an hour nap or if im really needing it the timer runs to 1hr 30mins

I watch old cartoons or I watch anime.I also take the opportunity to try to sleep more.

Its either games, board games, read something, watch anime, watch a movie, or write something.
