What did you learn today? ?

I learned that people can be just shitheads despite on whether its met with a gain or a loss. Though there being a gain, especially if its an arduous one such as being championed in certain groups or circles, is something I still haven't figured out yet.

Yeah had a negative interaction with someone on here that would have been a scroll on situation rather than write negativity. I know what people are like and i dont tolerate them for long now havent the energy at age 40 for the stuff people come up with just to look edgy.

Today I learned (for the umpteenth time) that your worst enemies lurk in your family. And the worst thing is that you continue to love them in spite of everything....

I understand the desensitized nature that come with those who are seldom exposed to real interaction. There's chemicals that are induced that when missing are the result of that. But again its the championing. Looking at it to the perspective of the group, which frankly is enough to tell me what type of group it is, I find it hard to grasp what's gained for them in return. The person in question has that loner anime centric type of comedy, so not really funny especially if you're not exposed to all that much, but even worse, it doesn't tickle the brain. Going a type of coin flip route; that means you either get that, or you get basically the living embodiment of dogwater as a personality. I can't even fathom to see the appeal.

hm. But how long can you ignore the outside world before it rears it's ugly head?

Today I learned that the Camaro in the garage, having been kept covered for about 30 years now, is in pretty good shape uncovered. It needs really washed and some stuff with have to buff out, but no giant dings or rust or anything.

Oh that is a cool car a real classic.

The Beluga Whale can paralyze and possibly even kill you with its clicks that it uses for echolocation. It puts the size of the creature into perspective.

Today I learned (after taking this photo) that the Nova's flat tires will indeed hold air.

People are weird.
When you're a weirder
Faces look ugly
When you're alone

Women seem wicked
When you're unwanted
Streets are uneven when you're dooown

That’s a very apt poem to write if you knew the character in my avatar. Kudos.

Today I learned about carcinization, a real evolutionary process where non-crab crustaceans repeatedly evolve crab-like bodies due to the successful traits of that form. So basically everything will eventually evolve into crabs ::homerscream

If you leave a pool untreated it start smelling like the sea....

No idea if it's a good thing though.

Some people seem to think peace is overrated and prefer conflict over unison.

With sayings such as "If you want peace, prepare for war." and “Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. And, weak men create hard times." (from G. Michael Hopf) I can understand why ultimately war happens even if peace is being achieved.

As long as two people are remaining on this planet one will always want to get rid of the other.
