Update: It was good. Ended up overdoing some of the beef while trying to wait for some fries to cook (they still hadn't, I severely overestimated how long the beef would take). I haven't had a Big Mac proper in years, but the Thousand Island dressing definitely hit the spot and brought it to that kind of special and nostalgic place. Would recommend and I'll be making it again.Nothing too interesting today, but I am going to make a "Big Mac Skillet" tomorrow. Credit to Youtube for actually showing me something I'd like to make for a change.
