My evening dinner was risotto rice with some vegetables.

A can of beef and potato soup with two jalapenos chopped up in it, two pieces of toast and a lot of water, coffee and juice (I'm not as sick as I was earlier)

Probably the weirdest food day in a long while:

One peanut energy bar
scrambled egg with salmon
bag of ready salted Walkers crisps mixed with lea perrins sauce
beans on toast
a bowl of 5 pieces of broccoli (shivers) managed to get through it though.

Yo, do not sleep on this combination.

I made myself a pot of potato soup. A few sprinklings of red pepper flakes early on is a lovely addition. The whole thing takes about an hour, chopping and all, and if you have yourself an immersion blender you can make one hell of a smooth soup.

My mom made some orzo today & I made crepes yesterday and dumplings the day before. Been drinking alot of water this week too & we finished off a 5 pack of instant ramen.

I just ate two tuna steaks. Seasoned them with: salt, pepper, cayenne pepper powder, garlic powder, thyme and soy sauce, and I diced up two habaneros and placed them on top while it cooked.
