I made homemade veggie soup myself today, in an onion and vegetable stock.
It was delicious and made enough to eat for a few days.
I also had half a grilled cheese with it.

Well, I mean... technically, you are getting carbohydrates, some small amounts of vitamins, and some minerals from the grains, so you technically are having food. And I suppose, if you stretch it the right way, there is yeast in bread, so... Sure?
