Anime What anime did you discover recently and really like?

I watched the first episode of the new Gost in the Shell series a couple of days ago. I'm loving the aesthetic, especially the 80's character designs, colours, and music. It's pretty dense as of episode 1, but you should give it a try. It's already dubbed; perhaps it's in Portuguese too.

Thanks to subtle advertising by a friend of mine who preferred real robots over super robots, gave an exception for Space Runaway Ideon so I decided to finally watch it.

I became pretty obsessed with it. Became my favourite anime of all time.
I've watched a lot of Yoshiyuki Tomino's work. I think this just might be his masterpiece.

I started to watch Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood a month ago, loved it and already watched the 2003 version, I love this franchise.

Same to you as well. What new anime have you discovered? Since you've been playing a lot of farming games lately, I recommend 'Silver Spoon', it's a farming anime.

I recenly "discover" (it is actually seasonal, but I planned to not watch any seasonal so I could caught up with my back log) Yani Neko.

Oh my God it is such a gem, I love it... it kind of speaks to my soul. Greatly animated, funny, even deep when you start to just give a second thought to whats happening.

Really good, I was not expecting it to like this much.

Of course I remember!

It is really good, more of a "match" of different small stories type of anime. It follows the life of Yani Neko, a Cat girl that is just nicotine addicted and cant quit smoking. Even if she is alwasy smoking this action (and others) are not presented as "good" or "cool", but also each character is not just some anti hero who are idiots because they can.

Animation and direction are incredible imo, but sometimes it can be a little too explicit for some people. But thankfully it displays its filter on the first minutes of the anime (you will realize what Im talking about if you give it a try), so if you pass that, you are in for a really fun time.

I'm currently watching the space adventure anime "Uchusen Sagittarius". So far, It's an entertaining comedy adventure show with a few dramatic moments that carries some weight to it.

I recently started watching "No Longer Allowed in Another World", and I'm honestly surprised by how much I'm liking it.

I kind of stumbled across it and figured eh, why not give it a shot? There's only about twelve million isekai anime to choose from at this point anyway. :P

But this one actually got me pretty quickly. Sensei is my favorite part of it. Everyone else is ready for this big fantasy adventure, and here's this guy who seems completely disappointed that he woke up in the first place. XD

The permanent poison status and him terrifying the monsters is freaking genius.
