I remember I liked it; after reading reviews, years later, I also remembered the high number of random encounters, it can become annoying, and (if I'm not mistaken) lack of maps in dungeons, but this is quite common in old rpgs. Like other "Suikoden" titles, you have more than 100 characters to recruit, many for your party and many for your castle. Graphics are nice and colourful (for a ds game), the battles are turn-based with three or four party members; if you're interested and you can get it here in the repo, just do it, because I think the prices for physical version are quite high nowadays. I recommend it because I liked it, and I think a jrpg fan used to old games may like it, but still you should read reviews/watch videos to have a better idea.ive never heard of this game (not so big on suikoden), looks great, how would you rate it? recommend?
