i was playing tales of the abyss awhile ago stopped some point soon after the MC's 180 character development.

also played samurai western. very interesting action game. felt like godhand, but less silly. almost finished with this one i think, but looking it up there's higher difficulty modes and extra missions. so maybe i won't be done with it so soon.

They look like that due to some upscaling options included in the remaster.
And yeah, some parts of this game feel like a PS1 FFX, mostly the first part at Arni village
