I must confess, as a die-hard Mega Drive kid, my knowledge of the SNES is very limited.

However, one game I can safely say deserves all the recognition it gets is Final Fantasy IV

Well-balanced, with a simple narrative that has just enough twists on the established fantasy formula to remain engaging and surprising throughout. All party members have their unique strengths and weaknesses, keeping battles feeling interesting for hours on end. The world map has hidden secrets for those that dare to tread off of the beaten path. Wonderful music, memorable bosses and a solid roster of enemies all coalesce to make this a timeless RPG, and a staple of the genre.

Oof, I'm sorry to hear that. Because we're quite aways off from Sega (though, it's obviously the next after Nintendo). Maybe after a couple we'll skip around a bit to try an please all the non-Nintendites, because I'm sure slogging all the way through to the Switch might be boring.

However, I'm really worried about reaching certain consoles, since I have absolutely no clue whats on stuff like the Master System, or anything I skipped over like the PS3. It's also a reason I skipped over doing the older 8-bit consoles like Atari, Intellivision, Colecovision whatever (barring a lack of organization that lead to the gaming crash of the 80s) because I'm so unfamiliar with all that.

You can vote on as many games as you want, since the forum clearly states who votes on what. I only ask that you refrain from voting on the same game twice (such as through a second nomination post) as that just complicates things (I won't count double votes, but that means I'll have to double check everything).

Alright, so that's your nomination, that I'm saying you can only have one of per user. Since Super Metroid was already nominated by @Metroid_Hybrid (because, what else would a guy like that vote for?) that's a +1 for Super Metroid's score, and any votes you obtain on this post will also count for Super Metroid's total (unless I see someone's vote already from @Metroid_Hybrid 's post).
