The Café -- General Off-Topic Chat (AKA: Let's Break The Ice)

I was watching the review of a VERY old survival kit and I couldn't help but marvelling at how they handled water: a 14oz metal can that you were supposed to poke holes in and then reseal with chewing gum to conserve the rest as soon as you finished one cup or whatever.

I'm guessing they were expecting nuclear war or something, working on the assumption that normal water would be rendered undrinkable.

Very interesting stuff.

Today I had another crying spell, blaming myself the whole time, but it's over now. I'm very emotionally fragile; sometimes I hear things and scenarios in my head.

Which survival kit was it? I know there was a bunch of Y2K survival kits that did the rounds in the late 90s as the "millenium bug" started to rear its head.

I'd be interested in taking a look at some of the survival kits at some point, but I also know that a lot of the Y2K kits were basically a box with a book, two flashlights and some dehydrated potato powder inside lmao

I played that some years ago but not get very far. A English or spanish translation could be great.

Joguei esse jogo há alguns anos, mas não cheguei muito longe. Uma tradução para inglês ou espanhol seria ótima.
Well, I completely agree, it would be great if they included fan-made music.I like this rhythm game.

Sometimes the city In where I live reminds me of Los Santos from GTA. Because have a similar vibe. With exception of beaches and gang wars, there are the poor places and the rich places. The rich places reminds me of Downtown Los Santos, Rodeo and Vinewood and the poor places reminds me of Ganton, Idlewood, Little Mexico, etc.
