I agree with the sentiment, but trends won't change.

It's not a schizophrenic rant, it's a very valid concern. I think I'm happy with sticking to small dev games. The loss of physical media really sucks, though. It just further solidifies that companies are really pushing for the 'subscription' model instead of pay to own.

Late stage capitalism sucks ass.
