I have played Sonic 1 more than Sonic 2 and I don't know why.

Sonic 2 is harder and longer so I can understand why.


Although I could replay Sonic 1 Forever and Sonic 2 Absolute all day.

I'll be honest Sonic 1 is just PAINFUL to play for me. I prefer CD

Wacky Workbench in CD is way more painful than anything in Sonic 1.

I think it is not THAT painful if you do understand the mechanic. It is still pretty painful but i'd rank it higher than labrynith zone or even marble zone

Marble isn't painful. Labyrinth kinda sucks but it's far from the worst level in the series.

For getting the cage in the bad future it was the worst level but not impossible.
