Maybe using some pixel art, a little bit more akin to the site's theme, would be a good idea? Really not sure if that'd be possible, since custom-made art can be expensive. But it'd be a welcome addition.

I think it depends, like some others, like the OMG one. To me it's more of an "What do you mean?" thing or "I don't understand".Is it positive or negative? Does it mean "I don't understand" or "I disagree"? That is, when to use it?
