Just got around to watching last week's AEW Beach Break. Fantastic show with a venue that made it feel special. Reminded me of the old days when wrestling promotions used to be more creative with their shows. Also watched Collision, and while it was just a regular episode and wasn't recorded at Beach Break, the arena they were at definitely looked more full than other Collision shows in recent years.

Meanwhile, thanks to RAW, I’ve discovered a part of Otis lore that I wasn’t aware of before.
Does anyone actually know what’s going on with the fact that, over the years, Otis has posted photos on his Instagram on numerous occasions wearing a T-shirt with the Polish coat of arms and described himself as Polish?
As far as we know, he has Serbian, not Polish ancestors.

The AEW product is still pretty unwatchable to me, but I like that they are having some success again. Even if only to send a wakeup call to WWE.

a lot of it is indie inside jokes all hee hee and ha ha. 2021 was a great year felt legit.

He is also of Polish descent, I think it’s great grandparents or something but I’m not 100% sure.
