Rasslin’ (WWE, AEW, etc…)

If you haven’t seen it yet, you really must watch it. Especially for the brilliant opener and the fantastic main event, which is my personal favourite for match of the year – what Taker does with AAA is truly amazing.

The unexpected cut on OG Americano head actually made the fight even betterj just like in the Hell in a Cell match between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre. It really made it look like a war for the mask.

ive seen 1 and 2 from this time but never knew about a vol 3. Just ordered this.

I have volume 1 and 2 on dvd. I remember that being one of my best purchases when I started earning money of my own heh 25 years ago or some shit. I was also surprised to see there was another volume and on VHS tape only. This was some 13 years ago for me. I got it off eBay for a few bucks. It's a good watch. It features Kurt Angle as shown on the cover and the Hardyz and Dudleyz, E&C Jericho, probably the Radicalz.

Whereas the first two volumes focused more on stars like Val Venis (who I did like haha) and just that era of Attitude. Shamrock and the Ministry of Darkness etc.

I heard the Italy show was overall a net positive. I could have watched the panel show and the pre-show on ESPN and I think I could set up ESPN Unlimited, but I dunno I just am not in the mood to watch much modern wrestling anymore. A lot to do with my mindset. I know who Danhausen is but barely know anything about him. Just he's more of a comedic performer.

AAA is def way above all other wrestling right now. I was never a fan of Taker (though I think his gimmick was great and he was awesomely paired with Paul Bearer) but huge credit to him for his booking. Hire that man for Raw and SD lol

Clash in Italy had a fire crowd i have to admit. WWE may finally be getting something right.

Duuuude, that fight was such a joy to see from start to finish. Haven't felt so thrilled for a match in years.
The crowd was amazing too, booing the hell out of og and then cheering for him in respect once his mask was removed
Definitely match of the year for me

Did you know it was produced by Pete dunne?
Amazing

As much as I'd like the main shows to improve, I think taker and j borash are better off in AAA where they don't have tko meddling around as much

TKO is the def the poison in wrestling, it’s such a shame what they’ve done.

I have so many thoughts about wrestling it is crazy. I think am really non biased but even still, remember NewJack and old ECW. Without a shiv without hearing Stavsacre.

Oh you want my opinion. Well. I always liked the entertainment aspect of wrestling but I saw Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles go on a Smackdown show for an an hour that ruled. Essentially, yeah I do prefer the funny stuff because I am freaking getting older. And at least I get it. As opposed to my older brother who is like all wr

estling ending in 1997. My older brother got into the nWo a bit, but I do think he preffered 82-92 That's it. I think he's worse than Cornette. Bad Religion!!!!!
That is a big belt though. No pity in the lost creation stations. I cannot talk about my older brother about wrestling b/c he was done before the Attitude Era of the WWF in full. It is so annoying when ppl make up their mind and never change it. He always says the same thing, hey this guy passed away or how I thought it was better then.

I hate myself but at least I can change my thoughts at least a little. If I asked my brother if he liked the Hardyz Boyz he probably say I don't know who they are and if he did since they did a bit of the Killer Bees and the Rockers. He'd probably be like, oh. I liked it more back then.

Good to see she’s making jokes though lol

She’s just got really short hair though, she isn’t bald.

Solo getting away from MFT would be great, he’s been dying on SD while the rest of his family is getting a better storyline, even though it’s basically rehashed. Solo’s my guy.

Got netflix back on so ill be watching some classic summerslam for the next month in the run up to this years event. Watching a WCW nitro from november 1999 right now.

Guess either Cody is getting be belt back on Raw or we are getting a triple threat for it at SS as I’m sure Punk is returning tomorrow.

Dark side of the ring is back good 1st episode but quite rough on the heart strings.

I'm shocked and generally just happy Sami Zayn won the WWE Championship (one of the highest titles). I never wore my Sami Zayn Underdog from the Underground shirt much (probably one of the last things I bought from the shop for a moment in time I bought a few things there among one being a Bad News Barrett shirt haha). Sami held the belt for like 10 days, but eh at least he won it.

Having a crack at summerslams from the 2000s have summerslam 2005 on right now. shawn michaels selling against hogan is ridiculous in this PPV.

Shawn Michaels didn't even lose his smile that time. I think he just was trying to make a statement against Hulk Hogan? I forget what I read by now or heard on the internets. Shawn was definitely a "diva" like character at times in the past. He seemed to have a good sense of humor about himself as he grew older and found his persona and made peace.
