Can see EA sports getting the WWE gaming contract soon to be honest.

It’s basically pick your poison at this point. Neither 2k or EA would be favorable cuz they’ll both charge 200000000 dollars for both the game and dlc means we’re screwed either way
The only way it’d get worse is if EA feels justified putting even less content. I don’t know the guys who are actually coding 2k23 and onwards but they seemed passionate to me.

Yeah, I mean the devs seem passionate but the business side of things is what drags 2K down a bit for me.
I think they have two distinct microtransaction modes in 2K25 now, both with their own separate unlockable wrestlers.
You could, in theory, play those modes and unlock those things without paying real money but they make it really grindy.

i play 2K on my ps3 it was more enjoyable back then didnt rate the PS4 versions they seem clunky. 2K22 is solid on PS5.

They are clunky, but have some good stuff to them too. GM Mode is way too much fun!

Yeah the dubbed versions of songs kills the vibe. Ive got starrcade 1999 on there as well they were both torrents i managed to snap up a while back.

My grandmother had cable TV while I was growing up, so I usually was only able to watch wrestling on TV when I went to her place. Otherwise, I just relied on DVD rentals.
I think Wrestlemania 23 was the first time I saw something ordered on PPV?

Well it'll be saturday and another episode of crackdown. Ive got netflix at the moment so ill probably tune in to see whats happening or not happening. I always used to stick smackdown on a friday night when i finished work at 9pm only comfort i had after 4 years of my fridays being ruined.

I've seen some wild (in a good way) matches from them. I think the Young Bucks have ties going back to PWG and Excalbur as well. I think he had a big role in it.

I swear I heard someone say Excalibur used to do commentary over his own matches. As in, he'd dub them after the fact for DVD releases and stuff
