We are friends now. Cool xD

Your turn ^^

Yayyy, we're friends! I think with this one, either everyone will know it or no one.

Sonvabitch! TIM was one of the first games I ever played, way back. Was considering confusing you people with the Incredible Toon Machine which was a Tiny Toon Adventures themed version, but...

Looks like we have a tie, but Archienine responded just a little bit earlier, so they get the next turn!

I ain't even played TIM, but I knew exactly what that was.

Aight, I gotta ask: we gonna start showing our work?

I've never played Wario's Woods, but I was able to identify it via Mobygames > Tile Matching Puzzle > NES

Wario's Woods was the first option after Dr. Mario, and I knew that shit ain't mario.

That isn't like cheating?

Look at my buddy The Sheepz, guessing them games like a pro ::coolstafy

But since I am the one who busted ass wading through all y'all's bullshit to compile the scoreboard, I'm gonna score a ton of points for myself — didn't see that coming, now, did you? >:D

Wait... you guys are doing research for your answers?

I thought Googling the descriptions of the images (like "DOS-era forest") was well within limits? There are billions of games out there, many older than ourselves — there's no way to know them all by heart.

Fair point, I've been trying to get them on my own but... my god. Even so I have a few ideas that might just be diabolical to pull out at some point.

Man, i thought that was like cheating. If i don't know anything i simply left that other one take the answer. I feel somewhat dirty, like a innocent boy lefted alone to the world and being punched by the life...

Hey, finding these on your own is commendable... But it's also not practical or realistic. And this ain't no job — do what you gotta do.

Why are you apologizing?
Just i think that i taken this way too seriously, also that "i know you enough" left me thinking about how the people around me knows me actually and how i actually know them. Maybe they knew or realized things about me but me not and viceversa? How many obvious things i left to the sight of others?
Don't wanted to bring philosophical stuff to a silly game. I can be weird sometimes and i may just overthinking it.
Anyways, you never leave to amaze me.
Now i will left the game continues. I won't participate for now, i feel thoughtful.

The "I know you enough" bit was a joke, though — you are always posting about MegaMan, so I thought there was a chance for it to be the case.

Please don't leave the game. It won't just be the same without you.

This is kind of an open-book exam. If you can recognize it by look, you've got the advantage of speed.

That said, if you don't have a quick-lookup memory for a game, you can still make a lot of educated guesses based on the look, the palette, perspective, and more. You might not land on the title itself, but could land near it.

For instance, the FF4 3D Remake screenshot had me spending a good 20 minutes looking for pink_hair green_eyes yellow_ribbon red_dress on boorus (Amy Rose offered a horrific aliasing experience) before diverting and following my hunch about the grass looking very DS-like (but I thought it was a PC screenshot because it was nearly 1920x1080, and might've been emulated). I thought it could have been the FF3 3D Remake at first, since I definitely played that on DS, but the characters weren't nearly potato enough. Followed that to other FF 3D remakes, and FF4 was next on the list. I caught Cecil's look pretty quickly, but was completely lost about the identity of the dancer because it's not a game that I had played -- hence, my joke about everyone recognizing the dancer, not Cecil.

Didn't matter much; I was three hours too late.

You can also probably take the picture, upload it to a reverse image search or AI and get help getting an answer.
But at that point, you're basically cheating ::star-war
