I plan this to be a (hopefully) weekly thread about all the news that has happened in the music world as of late.
Im probably gonna step away from the anime polls for a while since I have lost the original, uncropped bracket. Anywhom;

Isaac Wood of Black Country, New Road is returning to the public spotlight after 4 years. This is after leaving the band due to mental health struggles, he is the opener of the European branch of the Phoebe Bridgers tour, with new material.

Boards Of Canada's "Inferno" is being critically acclaimed, besides Anthony Fantano.

JPEGmafia deleted his Twitter account after people said his album was not as good as his previous work, he blamed it on white people despite most of his fans, being white.

Taylor Swift is revealed to lead the Toy Story 5 soundtrack. Why?

The Cure has started off a brand new international tour, along with Bob Dylan Scott.

Madonna premiered a short film at Tribeca Festival.

Modest Mouse has released a good album, an album that is not bad, it only took 10 years!

The Prince estate is once again ruining his legacy by releasing another posthumous album.

A$AP Rocky said he could beat Mamdani, the mayor of New York in a rap battle. That isn't a joke.

Feel free to add some news you found this week, discuss it, whatever.

Nice to see that racism is alive and well.

Seriously though, of all the stupid takes one could have about their album failing...
