And, to explain my somewhat cryptic answer to @Tonberry - it's one thing that Civilization II and Alpha Centauri were made by the same people. Another thing is that one of the winning conditions for a game in Civ II can be building a spaceship that will land on Alpha Centauri. Therefore, Ancient Greece can, in fact, into space in this game.
