Mega Man Megathread

Mega Man comics/mangas looks interesting to read.
The games provide such a good skeleton for a story and foundation for a concept that it's extremely easy to build off of. If anything, I'm surprised there isn't more Mega Man fanfiction, because the characters are all very basic but have the potential to be expanded upon in a lot of interesting directions.

There's also room for cool action scenes or psuedophilosophical dialogue and epic, deep themes and all that. Really it feels somewhat like untapped ground, but I guess most Mega Man fans have always been more interested in the games rather than the story. Me included.

In Dr. Slump there's a rival scientist who's basically the main antagonist of the manga, he loves making big robots to counter-act Arale and even created his own robot based on the same schematics (Obotchaman), no idea if those tropes are common or if some people at Capcom liked it so much they borrowed some ideas from there.
