Gonna say Tokyo Mono Hara Shi: Karasu no Mori Gakuen Kitan for the PSP. It’s a hanafuda dungeon crawler that Atlus made. This person seems to have subbed some of the game though. Looks really cool imo.

 
this thread made me remember a game i used to play as a kid
even though after a quick research i found out it actually got a translation to english, i think it's still valid to be shown here cuz my childself didn't have the chance to play this in english unfortunately:
