Don't get me wrong I actually miss using nullDC, but our only option for Dreamcast emulation is redream or flycast.

For my Android device, redream seems to be the best solution. I'm happy with how it works.

I am not choosing Archlinux, of course not. For a x86 emulation device, I use Batocera. For some crap Android TV, well it's trickier, but in worst case scenario, EmuELEC could do. And if I can flash it into the eMMC, better, no dual boot if it's a device I won't use for anything else, just because I want it that way.
