Foods you hate?

HARAM , ever gave tea with no sugar a try? It doesn't taste that bad also tea with lots of sugar suck.
Sugar is fine depending on what tea you are drinking. Black tea can be really bitter, especially with lower quality brands, and might need some cream & sugar. Culinary-grade matcha is actually meant to be mixed with sugar, as it's basically latte mix. And some herbal teas are better off with a little sugar added.

Tea is honestly a pretty broad spectrum. I like certain teas straight and other's with a bit of sugar.
This is the proper response. Know your tea, heat it to the correct temperature for its type, and add what is supposed to go with its type and grade. True tea zen requires more knowledge than what's needed to make Kool-Aid.

Matcha has a really weird texture and taste. It genuinely taste like straight up grass to me.
You probably don't heat it correctly. If you use water at a full boil, it will ruin the flavor. You should heat it to a temperature between 70°C & 80°C (160°F & 175°F). (You might need a proper electric kettle with temp controls to get this correct, as intimidating as that is to Americans.) Likewise, consider the grade of the matcha you are using. If it is culinary grade, then you should add milk/cream & sugar, as it is not a high quality grade. If it is ceremony-grade, then add nothing but the water.

Well, I like it with lots of sugar.
I find it too sweet like im drinking sugar a quarter or a half of a small spoon per cup I find fine

I think most in middle east drink black/red tea so when we speak of tea we usually mean that

Man I think you really overreact sometimes.
Guess im too healthy of a Human being ::biggrin

Lame to say, but I really dislike the textures of broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus, beans and chickpeas. I have to force myself to buy them ?

Do you enjoy pasta when you make it your way, or just not feel it as a whole?

I'm just super picky when it comes to spaghetti. When I visit a decent restaurant and they serve something like the photo pictured above I'll eat it. But when someone serves up an overcooked, congealed mess mixed with a couple of jars of flavorless, generic store bought pasta sauce then I suddenly have no appetite. It's exponentially worse when someone you visits wants to serve you week old pasta with meatballs that have started to spoil.

I generally eat everything, but if there is one thing I detest it is shellfish whether raw or cooked. I wouldn't eat them even under torture!?

I got it from a coffee shop around me, maybe I should try making it on my own. Thanks for the advice! ^^

Anything pickled

Double salt licorice it’s like eating a mini hockey puck

I hate chicken with bones. I prefer them boneless.
I just don't like eating off the bone in general. I can't say I hate it, but I don't really want to 'work' to eat my food and I actually think it tastes better off the bone.

I remember eating quite a lot as a kid until I got a massive stomach pain (either from being too hot or because it was contaminated) so I've never eaten any ever again.

I'm not fond off sea-fruits (but I'm not even a believer).

I like eating both ends of a bone but agree, it's hard to eat properly with a fork and knife and I prefer the cooked skin.

I don't like zucchini nor eggplants because they're really bitter.

I don't like tomato unless cooked or prepared because I feel like it's too viscous and "watery"

The best single dish of chicken I've ever had was cooked on the bone. The second and third best were boneless. I will usually prefer boneless, but if I could have that one dish again, I would be fine with putting up with the bones.

What's a food you just cannot stand? Is there something specific you don't like or just it as a whole?

I really don't like heavily greasy foods, and grease in general. Don't like the taste or the mouth feel, nor do I like how it makes me feel.

I also hate the taste of pineapple... like a lot.
Swiss cheese and anything that has too much excess oil in it. I also dislike pork, fish without scales (e.g: shrimp, crabs), and beef+cheese in the same container. In different containers though, theyre pretty lit

I cannot physically stand anything with wheat. I unfortunately/fortunately (smaller carb intake yay) have a wheat allergy which is sensitive to cross contamination. Thankfully i can still enjoy a lot of alcohol options unlike gluten sensitive people, I drink my Steel Reserve 40 in joy.

Another ingredient im sensitive to is dairy except butter for some reason. For the most part dairy makes quite nauseous so i just avoid cheese and milk and go far plant based vegan alternatives when i have a craving for them. Cheetos and other powdered cheesy chips mess me up too. Had to switch to dark chocolate as well.

Aside my allergies i dont have issues with most food. I do not like at all the pickled onion that is grilled at taco places or nopales. I'm not use to slimy things in my mouth and would prefer to keep it that way. I do enjoy pineapple on my occasional wheat free pizzas but hate black licorice.
