As far as nes rpgs go I would say go for the Japanese famicom ones that have English translations. I would say ones like the Glory of Hercules which is kind of a Dragon Quest clone which I have played, then there is Lagrange Point that is supposed to be pretty good that I haven't played yet.

There's Shatterhand, Bucky O' Hare, Chojin Sentai Jetman & The Krion Conquest, known in Japan as Magical Kids Doropie.

Yes but for Bucky O'Hare play the arcade. It's more of a beat up than a platformer. I try the NES one and I don't think it's too bad but not as good as the arcade.

Of course you've all the mario games as great platformers but i find this one really well done too.

Alright, skimming The Repo I thought King's Knight and Lagrange Point looked pretty good. Everything else... not so much.

But because I feel bad for wasting peoples time, what are some of your favorite NES games?

You're not wasting anyone's time. This boosts is about sharing your thoughts and ideas about what games you like.

For NES RPGs Lagrange Point and Metal Max are by far best on the system to me.
