Mother 3 is the best GBA exclusive to me, a real gem. I really like Zelda: The Minish Cap too. I beat a bunch of other GBA games but other than those, they were just decent.

Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury is so sick dude. Real time combat with RPG mechanics, open world to fly around in, they even adapt the filler arcs in the anime and some of the non-canon movie material! All integrated into the main story surprisingly seamlessly.

Believe it or not... the megaman battle network games. who would have guessed?! hahahah

castlvania, the 2 metroids, megaman zero series, and mother 3 are the one's I revisit the most.

I feel like gba weirdly had a higher than average volume of licensed shovelware on it tbh, so it's harder to think of hidden gems off the top of my head, at least ones I have a personal attachment too.
