PS3 Do you still have a PS3?

Yeah same, I’ve had to replace mine with those clunky GameStop store-brand controllers.
Though I recently discovered that you can use PS4 controllers for it once you set them up properly.
I did not know that you could use Ps4 Controllers I never would have thought that they would be compatible anyway I got mine Online via Ebay the first one was a extreme one wich made some games like The Last of Us play weird as it did not have the move thing like the Og has the second one I bought was more expensive but works quite good it just turns off quite quickly if you don't use it constantly wich can get annoying by longer cutcenes.

I've had mine for almost 14 years now.

I negotiated at the time to get two Ratchet & Clank games and two Uncharted games with it instead of whichever Call of Duty it was supposed to come with.
I assume them having another full priced COD game to sell was worth more to them than the 4 much older games that I was more interested in.

Still going strong today, although I'm taking several years off of its lifespan every time I say that ::sailor-embarrassed

I lucked onto a fat ps3 that an ABC Supply Co. coworker sold me for $100. He was such a nice guy, I might should get back in touch with him to see if he wants to buy it back. Because jailbroken, this thing is a monster, despite the obnoxiously loud fan. I keep it in a dresser drawer with an OG Xbox that nearly caught on fire when I plugged it in a few months back. Tore it down, and I think it is a common problem with the PSU. The only reason I could take apart that Xbox so fast was because I had another one that I sold where I had a solderless modchip installed on it.

Yes, with PS3Hen. Makes it easy to play ISOs I download from the Repo (when I want to play them on a big screen instead of on the Vita/PSP). I have a PS1 and PS2 hooked up as well, yet lately I'm always playing my physical PS1 games on my PS3 as well...I guess it's cool to have nearly unlimited save data space.

I also still just really dig the PS3 XMB aesthetic. It still looks beautiful on modern TVs. Recently I also finally played the Ico/SoTC collection and Medal of Honor: Frontline remaster. Lots of PS3 gems out there I'm just now getting to.

I have two. One is unmodified one, half of it's 1tb drive is filled with my legit game installs and digital games purchased. It is my main music center, includes hefty collection of MP3 surround albums even, is my main Blu-Ray player and all that. Other one is a 2000 slim that could be CFW'd, is, and is filled with all kinds of stuff thanks to that. I even have bluetooth remotes, for both of them and five official wireless controllers. Distinction since I have one sixaxis without dualshock 3 functionality mantis raves about in MGS4.
After making PS4 a music center of sorts, there is something uniquely magical about ability to make PS3 your own media center in ways PS4 and 5 cannot. Neither let you copy content onto their internal drives, just plug in USB sticks and do it from there, even though from there PS4 has superior, MKV supporting capabilities. Heck, PS4 cannot play a surround mixed music album unless it is in DTS/Dolby format DVD or bluray. You might have to resurrect a dead on arrival sub format to do that on PS3 but you can for sure do it if you want to. One magical beast in many ways.

Still have my fat PS3 model. I forget now what the HDD size was. It’s basically in a box in my computer room with the other junk I have that never gets used. From time to time, the partner likes to play Castle Crashers, and I have to dig the thing back out. Sorry, not going to bother digging it out for a picture.
You all know what a fat PS3 looks like. ::cirnoshrug
