As i been told, by several Doctors i have a "Genetic predisposition to have panic attacks"
My mother had them, as did my Grandmother. and as how i know one's oncoming, i start Hyperventilating and hearing weird noise's

What a strange thing to inherit but oh well genetics aren't predictable , hope you get better man.

I have Bipolar, Anxiety, and Autism.

Not ADHD! Got tested and ruled that out. Crazy shit. Functioning is hard between autistic burnout and bipolar cycling.

I was prescribed Ritalin for ADHD when I was in third grade. I never actually took it so I'm just out here trying my best and things are panning out well overall lol. I live alone so there's nobody around to get annoyed by my minor eccentricities (definitely not uncommon in my past while playing house with partners). I'm pretty good at staying focused on my personal goals but I still tend to curate numerous hyperfixations haha.

I’m schizophrenic/schizo-affective depending on which diagnosis. My psychiatrist claims I’m schizophrenic and has me take a shot of an off brand Abilify every two months with daily bupropion pills for depression.
I’m mugging myself to show that you can’t always tell if someone is suffering mental illness.
I mean I’m no Brad Pitt or Denzel Washington so I am not bragging about my looks. Just saying people think of really bad people when they think mental illness and I would say I am relatively normal/ decent.

I have auditory hallucinations but nothing too major. I do have strange thoughts and feelings of people plotting against me sometimes which makes it hard to make friends.

i don't agree with being told by some so called professional that you have this and that. i honestly don't go to doctors at all , last time was over 20 years ago because it was connected with a court case that i had against a company. i would rather not know if i had some issues anyway and just continue being me.

Yeah, you could say that. I've mellowed out, thanks to hardly having even the willingness to get really angry these days.
