I have Panic and anxiety attack's From time to time.
Don't know if that really count's
And i Twig out and kinda Hide form myself, if that make's Sense.

What causes you to have panic attacks if you don't mind me asking , and how do you realize you are in that mode of being attacked by panic and anxiety?

As i been told, by several Doctors i have a "Genetic predisposition to have panic attacks"
My mother had them, as did my Grandmother. and as how i know one's oncoming, i start Hyperventilating and hearing weird noise's

What a strange thing to inherit but oh well genetics aren't predictable , hope you get better man.
