Oh, yeah, I know it. There are also a lot of fan-made Dizzy games using the Dizzy AGE engine. Most of them are on theyolkfolk website.

No, this one was different, but the limited info I remember really makes it difficult to find indeed.

This post sent me searching because I'm looking for a similar type of game. If I'm not mistaken, the game you're talking about is sort of an old puzzle platformer like Elephantasy or Tres Bashers.

Searching for 'Dizzy' referred me to Sinclair Spectrum and while browsing Spectrum games I noticed TONS of games for it like Dizzy and the above two I mentioned.

Guessing from the manual for the SOnic X game that there was a Leapster 2 as well. Might have been that version of it that they were using?

This is actually a Pokemon romhack, but I remember playing one where your starter was a Teddiursa and I also remember the Pokedex entry for it got changed to "IT'S SO CUTE!!!!!" or something like that. That's all I remember from it and completely forgot the name of the hack since it has been ages since I last played it.
Also, it's a Gen 3 romhack in case anyone asks.

i have the rom set but i can't recall the games name.... it's a game by sega and it's 2 player co-op and you play has a statue also the game is japanese only.... and it's an over head view and you shoot stuff. i can't recall anything else. i would go through my rom set 1 by 1 but i would have grey hairs by then.

MAME emulator is overall arcade emulator on PC but the actual question is "how to find decent rom that actually MAME emulator is satisfed to run the game". Back then when I looked for decent roms the MAME emulator kept saying "the game lack this file and that" until I basically downloaded the whole internet and some roms worked and some didn't. To this day I fear trying to find more roms and I'm satisfied with few roms I found and it works lol.

Every rom file you download has a list in the description of the bios files and other dependencies you need to run it. It makes it very easy to do. I'm a huge arcade shmup player so i'm kinda obsessed with arcade titles.

I've been using RetroBat as a solution for MAME and other emulators with relatively little issues, but I have definitely had to test each game in my collection and sometimes manually select which version of MAME to open with in the ES frontend.

AFAIK, MAME is more actively developed and aims for accuracy first, whereas FBNeo is a smaller project that aims for compatibility before accuracy. I haven't looked into FBNeo in a while however, so things may have shifted.

I remember it was based on texas and there were hot air ballons ,storm clouds, eagles and oil rigs in it. If I remember correctly the place and game name contained Texas. Pls help i have thought about it for about 3 days and still couldn't remember or found it.

The sprites of the two fighters were HUGE almost using the whole screen, you looked at the back of the fighter in the left and the front of the fighter in the right.

The game vaguely looked like this incredibly crude drawing from my mind.

That vague memory is still super clear in my mind, clear enough to think I didn't dream it.

Only game I know that is like that is Dark edge but it wasn't that zoomed in.
