Your favorite games that no one praises

Playstation All-Stars is pretty solid. I played it quite a bit back in the day. Unfortunately it got kind of screwed over, several hype characters that were coming got cut, and I'll admit I didn't care for the KO mechanic too much since it really, REALLY threw off balance.

I really like the first Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl (haven't played the second) in spite of its blatant flaws. I love the overall roster, the mechanics were really fun, and I'll admit a big part of it for me is the nostalgia.

Chaos Legion never seems to get any love. I get that it has its shortcomings, but the game is fantastic at what it's going for, the core gameplay was always really fun to me, and I love the character and enemy design. Sieg in particular is just a really awesome character design. Also, I love the horrendous voice acting.

Van Helsing on PS2 is great. I get overlooking it, it was a tie-in license game for a movie that didn't do too well... but it's absolutely worth playing.

Robot Alchemic Drive. Everyone just posts clips of the admitedly very funny voice acting, but few unironically praise it. I find it to be a genuinely compelling and unique experience. Also Nanao is the most pathetic sopping wet creature of all time (alongside kobeni) and i love her!

Games that you like but you see no praise for it
I love PlayStation all star. It’s a great game in my opinion.
honestly, no one really says anything about Virtua Fighter 3. Like it's so innvoative and evolves the series in a proper way, yet ever time it is mentioned (Virtua Fighter in general is a rare topic to come across), it's usually "The stages are kinda bad".

It would make sense if it was a highly popular esport, but Virtua Fighter I feel is a much more casual game. Isn't having broken combos fun? They're hard, have a good payoff, and a personal flex. I really wish there was something similar to it. Not to mention the aesthetic. Pure Y2K stuff. Love it.

Caligula Effect and Monark , very unique games with unique battle system and they discuss themes that you won't really find in other games

When people talk about Megaten Spinoffs, they seem to think Demikids like some sort of plague, compared to people that actually loved the game, the comments i got when looking for the game are dismissive at best and attacks at worst, first, the designs of the the demons are watered down, like come on mate, good look putting Tiamat in a E rated game, the difficulty being lowered compared to even the easiest Megaten (That i know) Digital Devil Saga, i don't mind games of hard sagas being made easy, especially if that will mean more people will be interested, and lastly, people dismiss the games (At least the Demikids Duology and the only translated one for GBC) as Pokemon ripoffs... *Deep Breath*

NOT ONLY MEGATEN CAME FIRST, BUT ACTUALLY MASUDA ADMITED POKEMON'S MONSTER CATCHING IS BASED ON SOME ASPECTS OF SMT!

People that criticizes the games either never played them or played them expecting the usual gritiness of the main games

Armored core, criminally ignored. almost all entries in the series are really good (don’t touch armored core 2 without the joystick hack). my favorites are 3, silent line, nexus, last raven and the first one… actually i just listed almost all the armored core i’ve played xD (don’t touch armored core ninebreaker without being able to endure a lot of humiliation and punishment, also take into consideration that it’s more of a glorified tutorial turned game). simply in love with the robots, their setting, their gameplay and theme, especially the theme of human experiments and cruelty shown in some games in the series (it’s quite interesting, actually)
You wanna play some Armored Core: Master of Arena sometime? I know of a Duckstation fork with Netplay. https://github.com/HeatXD/duckstation-netplay/releases

Yeah, it's regarded as one of the worst games in the franchise. Not for me tho.
I thought it was fine when I played it in a bowling alley.

I NEVER hear anyone talk about the ATV Offroad Fury franchise. They have very beginner friendly yet sublime controls and physics, along with easy to grasp ATV tuning.

It sounds interesting and I would like to, but I play on Android, I don't know if I can use Discord properly for communication and I'm not good at speaking English either Ó╭╮Ò

I can lend an ear if you’d like, I can fully communicate in Spanish and I wouldn’t walking you through the app if any parts of it confuse you.

That sounds great, although I don't know how we'll make it work, but I guess we'll have to try somehow. I'm waiting for instructions, gentlemen.

Innocent Life A Futuristic Harvest Moon.

It came out during the time when Harvest Moon (now Story of Season for the original dev) were branching out to the handheld market, this one for PSP (later on PS2 get a rerelease) and Rune Factory for DS. So basically two spin off for two console company. Unfortunately, this game doesn't have many fan as its pretty divisive from the main Harvest Moon game, no marriage and more exploration focused while Rune Factory doesn't stray too far from the main game formula, they just add exploration on top of it. As a result, Rune Factory is the clear winner of the spin off as it got multiple release now compared to this game with just one ::sadkirby

Ok, that's a shame. I'll still gonna contact @Yousef I'm not going to waste the fact that I've just installed Discord.
Cool. I'm going to bed soon, but I'll add you on Discord next time I log on if you'd like.
