Atari has announced a remastered version of Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters. No word on Godzilla Saves the World Remastered, but I'm guessing that will be made once this does well in sales.

Another announcement from Atari is...well...so stupid it's actually hilarious. Barbie Rewind. A collection of Barbie video games from NES, Gameboy, Playstation and GBA. With the help of Digital Eclipse. Out of all the other collections like Tiny Toons, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers or a Mickey Mouse Collection, they instead made a Barbie retro collection which comes with a Barbie doll.

Both coming out in November. Godzilla on November 3rd. And Barbie Rewind on November 12th.

So you can say this the new Barbieheimer as BarbZilla.

Bubsy 4D was shockingly solid too! I like the current management's mentality of greenlighting a ton of projects that are pretty cheap to push out and as such don't require a ton of sales to be considered successes. A lot of their revival and remaster work has been great and they seem to show no signs of stopping.

Everytime Wade Rosen - current CEO - has an interview he is a delight to listen to. Dude is super levelheaded and seems to really understand Atari's place within both modern and retro scenes.

Barbie Rewind could had made more sense if it was released around the Barbie Movie release date. But the girls (and older girls that played it back then) may like it

That said, making a new and maybe good Barbie game could be better choice

Abou Godzilla, lets see how much time until rights problems comes and it gets delisted lol
