Wishlist of games you wish got translated

There are many and my most wanted change depending on which I thought about last, but right now I'm really interested in the Saturn Blue Seed RPG, and the Sega CD 3x3 Eyes RPG.
Both of them were made in-house by Sega's RPG development room, the same general team that made the excellent Magic Knight Rayheart Saturn action RPG, so they should be much better than your typical licensed RPG.
The PSX Athena game someone mentioned earlier is also high on my list. I love that late '90s, modern Japan psychic power stuff.
Marica: Shinjitsu no Sekai, a Saturn RPG with a modern city setting and a demon invasion looks cool.
Finally, there's a PS2 feudal Japan assassin game where during the day you go around town investigating your target in a kind of RPG/adventure way, and at night you perform the assassination in a stealth game way. I would play that for sure.

Recently I've discovered this Doujin RPG which looks like one of the coolest thing ハチクマRPG 退魔塔神ToK/Hachikuma RPG Taima Toushin ToK, but I don't think it's popular enough for a translation.

Besides that there are some games like Shibamura's Gunparade March is also another game which I don't think we're getting a translation, but this is mostly because it seems like a hard time to hack. There's also Shoji Masuda's Tengai Makyou 2 Manjimaru, but since we got Ziria translated, there is hope.

While i know your specifically asking for the game gear version, i should point out that shining force cd is a compilation disk of the first 2 game gear games, including this one, it's only the one that acts as a bridge between 1 and 2 (genesis games) that never had a official translation in any form, though that one does have a fan translation.

As for ladystalker, i know there's a fan translation going on, but i don't know it's progress.

Tori no hoshi - Aerial Planet PS2. Very chilled out game. A so-called "sci-fi sky adventure", this game has you playing a kid stranded on a strange planet inhabited by hundreds of different kinds of birds. Armed with nothing but a solar-powered glider, you have to gain their trust and find a way to survive until you can find your father's research base somewhere on the other side of the planet. Think Pilotwings with a simulation element, an anime style, and a sci-fi bent, and you're just about there.

Great soundtrack also:

Pretty much all the games I wanted translated WERE translated since I've been online (1998 so...27 years. Damn!) But there is one that wasn't, and it's a shame, because there even exists a document on GameFAQS that already translated the text. That game would be Hiryu No Ken III. The best of this series we got was Flying Warriors on NES which you NEED to play.

I have a mighty need.

Vampir: Kyuuketsuki Densetsu for PSX is now also on my wishlist.

There's a youtube video that did a deep dive into this game recently. ... I'll link the video in case anyone else is interested:

The Vampie RPG that never left Japan
I love Dungeon Chill's stuff! They're one of the few YouTubes I actually do the Patreon for as well. Seems like a super nice guy and his content is dope.

Damn, never heard of this but now I'm seconding this one.

An insane ton of visual novels. Angel beats as an example.

Kidou Senshi Gundam: Ghiren no yabou (Ghiren's amibtion) series. One of them has a partial translation but I'd like the others.

Also Power Pros Baseball (2019-2020)
I'm generally not really into sports but this one has "Koshien mode" where you play as a coach trying to lead a highschool team to the pros in a simulator kind of thing which I find very interesting. It's kind of like Umamusume but you have quite a bit more agency.

It used to be .hack// Link but that got finished a few years ago.

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner would probably be my number one. It just seems like an interesting title, and it'd be a shame to not get to experience it when I really enjoyed the sort of retro-future cyberpunk-ish style of Soul Hackers.

Speaking of, a Soul Hackers translation that wasn't on the 3DS would be kind of neat as well.

Black matrix cross or any Black matrix games, looks like a gorgeous tactical rpg

I'm personally waiting for SMT: Devil summoner for the PSP which currently has a translation in the works, but not all japan-exclusive games get the love and dedication needed to be translated by the community , and many of them will remain untranslated either by lack of interest or the difficulty of the translation itself, that being said, which games you would love to see translated someday? I'm intrigued to read your replies.

Memories off, Warriors Orochi Z, a few Yakuza games like Kenzan, a couple rpgs, particularly Shining and a bunch of other stuff.

I know Japanese so I don't ask for myself but when people ask for game recommendation it sucks that I can't just recommend them Japanese games that has no English patch whatsoever. For example a significant part of PS1 game library is Japanese games that has no English patch and I have no idea if they ever have. And then some games have so sucks English official patch I would kindly for better fan translations lol.

- That being said for example Initial D parody game series that people drift with trains Densha De D does really need an English patch 4 sure. People missing a lot of humor here.

- My beloved street racing RPG series Zero4 Champ only have one game's fan patch but it's not even the game I would recommend in the series. The series has way better games.

- Kenka Banchou games on PS2 just too fun to ignore. Life sim elements and great humor + beat 'em up is a good mix for me.

- GachiTora! Abarenbou Kyoushi in High School is a game for its sense of humor worthy to play.

- And my beloved Koukidou Gensou: Gunparade March, I can't tell people it's more than a "game". NPCs literally living their own life beyond scripted events. The game is more than what I can tell, and then they praise for "Persona games are the first on such school simulator gameplay" because they don't know about how deep Koukidou Gensou: Gunparade March was... me cry hard!! lol

Sadly translating old games is hard. Not hard because Japanese -> English translation but hard because of how game uses a method to display these texts. Mostly as pictures to represent letters and using order and coordinate system to tell the game when and where a particular letter has to be displayed. It makes translation hard and sometimes make you find the way to adjust the game itself for English translation. If it was simple and not so time consuming I would translate my favorite games for sure, but then even creating English font can be problematic. This shit is beyond me!!! ::sadkirby *drama over 9000 moment* lol.
