This! Oh so much, this! I went from being the most awkward person in the world in my 20s to being super comfortable with people in my 30s. It's honestly been so liberating.

i'm 46. and in a number of ways i am having a brand new life. i won't lie and say that i don't feel old or left behind. but, to make anything happen, i have to do it. going forward is the only way. being myself, rather being honest WITH myself.

I wouldn't worry too much about hitting 30. I've been loving my 30s a lot more then my 20s so far, being a goofy older dude is super fun.

Ok I'm gonna add to this as I go

- Great layout
- Remove "An" at start of first sentence of Profile
- Change "Possess skills" to "Skilled in", that way you won't repeat strong too much when you start the next sentence "A clear communicator possessing a strong work ethic".
- Start final sentence "Adaptable, with hands-on..."

In the Volunteer work section, in the first bullet point, put a full stop after "managing events", then change "ensuring" to "Ensured" so you're not mixing tenses. Make "operation" plural, "operations".

Change wording slightly at end of third bullet point to "in fast-paced settings during multiple events"

(this would be so much easier if I wasn't on a crappy old phone).
Either way, your CV is clearly well thought out and well presented. Only other suggestions I would make are simply grammatical.

Our job requires you to be under 20 years old with 40 years of work experience, ability to speak fluent Archaic Latin, and able replicate all the 1000+ of Pokemon's cries.
Able to beat Daigo in Street Fighter with one hand is a plus.
